• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across eligible locations.
• Secure prepaid payment options are also accepted.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

1. Size Exchange

If the size you ordered does not fit properly, you can request an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.

2. Product Replacement

In case the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

• Another product of equal value, or
• A higher-value product by paying the difference amount.

Please note: Refunds and credit notes are not available under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days after order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
